Warranty & Return Policy

We offer replacement on defective items within 15 days of item shipment, You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the defective item to begin the process of refund/Exchange. The original item must be returned in its original packaging, with the tags. sticker still intact. We will send you a new replacement once we receive your defective one. For this case, you pay one way shipping from you to us, we pay another way shipping from us to you.

We accept returns for an exchange, credit, or refund on non-defective items within 15 days of the item(s) shipped date with 30% restocking fee of the product price. Items must be in their original condition, not worn, or altered. We will not reimburse the return shipping and you will pay the shipping charge from us to you if you request for the exchange.

How to Return an Item
